ABOUT THE STATION
WXBA-Brentwood operates under the authority of
the FCC at
88.1 FM. We are owned and operated by the Board of
Education of the Brentwood Public School District. Students
and alumni of Brentwood High School, along with a couple of local
community volunteers, staff the radio station. We operate at
a radiated power of 180 watts, covering most of western Suffolk
County, Long Island, where over 900,000 people can receive our
broadcast signal.
